Nothing like that Dave. I'm saying if a guy makes, say, $10 an hour, the higher compensated should be trimmed down and bonuses and perks eliminated until he could get say, $12 an hour. Doesn't really sound that insane, does it? Start at the lowest compensated and go up until the squeals of the wealthy become overwhelming.

It would do wonders for the economy, since the guy would spend every dime of the extra $2.
