ARRS is still trading as ARRIS group stock, but news had some saying the new stock is ARRIS enterprise, inc. exchanged one for one. This confusion will need official notification at nasdaq? Or SEC filing. Because Arris enterprise is a subsidiary of Arris group.If its a distribution, for Arris group owner? now Arris group has one share of Arris group, and another share of Arris enterprise?
