Got this email today from someone who can't post on SI.. "...Leo, Read your comments on the IOM chat. Get your Toppless outfit ready. Hope your area is warmer then mine this January. I am no big time stock guru but have done my share of back door research on Iomega. Since I am not a member of the techstocks chat group I can't respond to any messages there. Perhaps you could relay some information. Our local "backdoor research group" made a few spy trips to the Iomega area coffee shops, counted UPS trucks at their back door, and talked employees of the Box manufacturer. Conclusion: Sell the farm and buy IOM. This morning I spoke with a manager at Office Depot. Zip is their hottest seller. They can't keep enough in stock. I'm betting IOM will double by summer. Bill Damerell, at large in Salt Lake City. PS. Good looking web site..." I wonder if the UPS strike hurt 3rd Quarter sales??? In addition, with the company shutting down for a couple of days, many people feel that could have added 10% to the 3rd quarter numbers. If so, 4th Quarter may be better than we think...Especially since IOM has production facilities in Malaysia with their currency problems and all...IMHO Leo
