There is no reason to take a last minute revenue at the end of a loosing year. You take the tax write off " cut your losses " defer the revenue into a quarter where you expect gains and take it from there. Corporate accounting is " MAGIC", ghost companies, deferred revenue, charges etc. its a beautiful thing if you know how. The one million will rear its head in Q1, most likely, with much much more.

I will be in NY on the 11th hope to see ya'll at the show.
