Hi Paul,

The reason I mention it at all is the RF market seems like an excellent way to get further mileage out of aging Fabs. According to the info I read, even 0.5 micron technology would be fine for the RF applications. To get it really fast you would need Silicon Germanium transistors, has Intel developed any SiGe circuitry you know of ?
