I'm not convinced that the 4th quarter will be on the shy side. IMHO since the 10Q was done a lot may have transpired business-wise. I believe there will be a deal on CATS soon which may have really been a big question when 10Q was done. The termination of this offering could also mean that money flow has picked or a big deal is in the works that will fulfill the money needs. The glass could be half full, couldn't it? TexasDude, you better keep some spare cash set aside. We'd like to have you back on the bus as we're chugging up the hill smoking big fat stogies.

Does anyone know how a CATS deal affects the bottom line if a majority of it is sold?
