To Gary and others: If the pending shareholders legal action against ASND is successful are corporate officers personally liable ? If yes, AND if CEO thinks the shareholders may win the case, is there an incentive for CEO to sell the company before the case is settled. If the company is sold for 40 or 45 dollars wouldn't many of the shareholders be made whole and therefore not have a case ? I apologize to everyone if these questions are absurd.
