James, I read Raleigh's report and thought you might be able to go into greater detail about what type of private offering is being offered by DCTC? Is it the same as the one FTEL has on their web page? How much DCTC stock do you have to buy? I would like to buy discounted stock from both companies but am not quite sure how much of an investment you would need. Probably, $10,000-$20,000 minumim. I hope not. It would be nice if they would give the small investor a chance to get in on this! Will the offering raise the stock prices and the volumn so we can tell if anyone is buying in large blocks? I'm in the dark on this so any advice appreciated. Jim
