E, Thanks for the clarification. The legal complaints I was originally referencing was the post that provided the links to the SEC complaints section and another site to register a shareholder complaint. Also the info you have been outlining about the secondary offering and management's silence of these issues. I believe the latter was concerning MM's playing with pricing. I have noticed a wide spread on this stock. Bid and Ask are usually 3/8 to 1/2 or more while many others are only about 1/8 to 1/4. Do you have any idea why that is consistently happening with TMSR? KEVIN
