Those with access to Judge Isugur should consider this solution:

Let the good Judge declare that "Yes indeed the company is worth only 700 Million dollars" as claimed by DIP folks.

With that done, he should slice the debt into some portions for DIP, 1st and 2nd Liens and 0 for Equity.

This will reduce the debt to 700 Mil giving a value of 0 to Equity but Equity shares remain and will get whatever the company s worth over and above 700 Mil for all times to come.

This should make equity holders like me very content and perfect justice will be done.

That is what Bankruptcy is for anyway.
