<<<Microsoft plans to add ADSL drivers to Windows 98, due next year>>>

Pat, the last two weeks I've felt like a ship without an anchor. I'm trying to find a way to join the wedding party, but without an invitation they aren't making it easy. I keep on trying to see how to reinvest in ADSL and cannot find a vehicle as satisfying as Amati was. TI seems like a good bet, but clearly ADSL is only part of their focus. I've heard others comment that we should be glad to be getting $20 a share, but all I know is that I wanted to be a part of a revolution. Twenty dollars a share is a financial consideration, and IMO a poor one at that considering Amati's potential. Westell lacks IP but could become the Dell of ADSL. Its a real rhyme "Westell the Dell of ADSL". Then of course there is Siemens, Alcatel, Aware, Pairgain, Orckit, Cisco....etc.--my head it spinning.

Throw me a life-line,
Michael
