Lee, You amke good points but remember all the new FAB, R&D expensives etc. are taken out before eranings are counted. So AMD can survive break even for a while but they are on the clock. I'd say AMD's problems are more along the lines of inferior process technology compared to Intel as it pertains to the design of the K6. Jim
