balisurf: In Malaysia, the Block PM-3 partners are currently in the process of negotiating a pre-unitisation agreement with Vietnam (Fina). It is expected the agreement will be signed before christmas. Pending substantial progress on the negotiation of the agreement, Petronas has instructed IPC to refrain from the A3 well. It is anticipated that production from the A3 well will commence in December. To date, two wells are producing at an average rate of around 15000 bopd. The stabilized flow rate will be approximately 18500 bopd.
