I think that whatever is happening in macro arena is just the winding down of what had been wound up

To put it another way, we are on auto-pilot to destination mapped by history

Folks still imagine that the central banks would not go 'all-in', and ease out of QE mode in time so as to not blow up the world.

But we in truth are already 'all-in', and only waiting for the echo of the explosion folks refused to hear.
