S&P REITERATES STRONG BUY OPINION ON SHARES OF APPLE (S&P Capital IQ) The U.S. International Trade Commission concludes AAPL violated a Samsung patent related to 3G wireless, and announces a related a prohibition on the U.S. sales of certain older iPhones and iPads from AT&T (T 36 *). While we are surprised by this decision, we see limited impact due to AAPL's ability to appeal, involvement of only T-related legacy devices that we think soon could be retired, and even possible action by President Obama. We see announcements about new offerings coming within a week, from AAPL's Worldwide Developers Conference starting Monday, June 10. o~~~ O**
