George (and everyone):

My name is Jim Medsker. I am Joe's brother. Please consider me to be an interested investor like yourselves. I am a Certified Financial Planner in Columbus, Ohio. I do not work for Joe. Joe is the one that talks to Joe Murphy. My interest in DCTC etc is only as an individual investor. I share this with you only to avoid confusion in future messages. JOE Medsker, not JIM Medsker is to whom you should be asking your questions.

I don't know the answer to your question, George. However, I don't believe it has anything to do with the potential offering of the cumulative preferred stock. My understanding is the CumPfd will be issued only as "a backup" in the event bridge financing is not obtained.

Respectfully,
