None of us can trace our blood lineage very far back, including all the Jews of today. Once Jesus appeared on the scene 2,000 years ago, the need for tracing of lineage really disappeared, since it was only the lineage of Jesus that mattered, in fulfillment of prophecies.
One important point, in prophecies yet to be fulfilled is that, as the angels said, Jesus will return in the manner that he left. When he returns, there will have to be Jerusalem, and the Mount of Olives. Whatever might be said of some of today's Jews, they are serving to maintain Jerusalem and serving to fulfill the prophecy that says Jerusalem will be a bothersome point, a thorn in the side of the world, so to speak ( a cup of trembling, as the Scriptures say).
Since we don't know what anybody's lineage is and we can't see into people's hearts, as God can, we shouldn't judge any of them, because God is the Judge. As we saw through was Paul did to one of the foremost persecutors of Christians, Saul of Tarsus, God can change anyone's heart.
Jesus gave us a new commandment, which is easier said (and easiest to just ignore) than done: "A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another." John 13:34-35
Jesus reminded us that anyone, even the Jews that you have a hard time with, can love his friends, so loving those that it is easy to love doesn't prove anything as a witness. "But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse your, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven..." Matthew 5:44-45
There was nobody who ever did a worse deed than what Judas Iscariot did, but Jesus was gracious even to him, never closing the door in the face of Judas, though it wasn't possible for Judas to be saved from what he had done. We can't expect to be as gracious as Jesus, but we should keep on trying.
