Marco Rubio indicates he won’t vote for own immigration bill without changes

...........so what.............listen.... McConnell could have forced 60 votes to even bring it up on the floor.......he did not..........means he wants it to pass..... apparently he pushed Rubio to involve himself in the bill..........my guess is they have more than 60 votes committed and some Republicans will be allowed to vote against it (for public consumption) even though they are in favor of the bill............maybe even McConnell and Rubio............the whole thing is just a scam...........am I cynical of the entire process...............absolutely.
