Would also be interested in knowing at what ownership point does a company have to disclose intention, if Lucent were to make a bid would have to be close to point at which they will have to disclose to SEC, is this 10%. As previously posted, SEC filing must occur within 10 days after 5% stake is reached. The filing must show the ownership percentage as of the date of the filing. Gary Korn
