The only point PVCT investors need to think about is: "The criteria for breakthrough therapy designation require preliminary clinical evidence that demonstrates the drug may have substantial improvement on at least one clinically significant endpoint over available therapy."

Absent head to head data in stage 3 MM how will PVCT establish that point to the satisfaction of the FDA?
