The FDA is going to have a wealth of data from the already-complete Phase I and Phase II clinical trials, the Compassionate Use Program, Moffitt's program and perhaps other investigations.

It'll be their task to determine whether PV-10 merits BTD ....... perhaps because it provides positive results never observed with available therapies.
