This Administration is pushing the envelope. Today, the police can track cellphones and there was no issue with that. But when the DOJ does so, there is a big noise. Not sure if you watched Newt G. on CNN yesterday on this issue. he said he was OK with it as long as the info was only used to fight the way on terror.
You think it encroaches on the right to privacy. If a judge is OK with it, why wouldn't the Congress?
