Absolutely normal for a biotech stock on the otc market to trade 2 digits after 0. If you want stocks at 10, 20, 30$ with no mega major milestones announced yet, you're in the wrong market. Maybe NYSE, or Nasd is for you. Biotech stocks only move seriously on news Historically the stock has been very stable. Many investors, probably most actually are already in the money] or very close. Few traders here and there but majority is keeping its shares...
