The only constants for PVCT are that the SP continues to decline, deadlines are missed, 'great news' lands like a lead brick, and the men behind the current keep trying to distract investor attention from the goal.

The rooster is not the problem here. He has been hanging out with more attractive and fertile hens, chicks are running all over the MM barn yard as a result of their prolific activity.....He seems to know what he is doing
