My feelings exactly. Everything is always next month, next quarter. If this is so great, get PIII approval and then go for SPA, BTD or AA. All can be had even if PIII has started. If I remember correctly, we were supposed to have an SPA end of Q2 2012. Its end of Q2 2013 and no SPA. What's up? I remember being told November 2010 that a PH10 term sheet was not a matter of if but when. Well its 2013 and I ask WHEN? I owned alot of stock and took my loses and my friends currently have sizable positions. I really hate to see them loose what they have; but, I fear they will.

Furthermore, and all this talk about regional deals, I've done corporate M&A deal and the last thing someone buying a product wants to enter into is a regional deal. They want the entire rights to the product globally. All this talk about a deal in China, another deal in India, another one somewhere else, is all talk. The only way PVCT will get the maximum amount for the company is to sell the entire company no strings attached. A big Pharma co. isn't going to like another Pharma completing somewhere else with them globally. If management really believes this selling strategy, they are very naive.
