It's nice to be missed! I am extremely tired and will give you all a more detailed report later. I think that Henry and Jerry did a fine job conveying my thoughts,So you have the main jist anyway.
just a few minor points to clear up......
1. I am not the thread chairman so this is only a suggestion...
I just read close to 300 posts. That is insane. I suggest we all ignore the liars who have pervaded our thread. Anyone who has been around a long time can see through their twisted lies. Henry, I know you feel they shouldn't go unchecked, so how's this. IF ANYONE HAS A QUESTION ABOUT WHAT THESE GUYS SAY, SEND AN EMAIL TOSOMEONE YOU TRUST. Send one to Kim, , Russ,Jeff,or Bob.
They all work for naxos. If you want someone's opinion who doesn't work for Naxos, send it to TomF, Henry, or myself at "lexnliv at aol.com". we would be happy to give you our opinions. ignore the cretins.
2. Henry, I never met Liontamer, I'm sure he's a wonderful chap, but I have never had the pleasure.
3. SJ(or is it CJ, I forget) I have never been so embarrassed! I'm just glad you didn't have a camera!:-)
4. I met a lot of great people, but I want to respond to one thing first.
I had the pleasure of sitting down with Austin Lett, one on one, for 25 minutes or so. I came away as very impressed. This is only my opinion, so treat it as such.
