Sheila:

Sell your CPQ and buy Dell/IDM/HWP if you are disappointed - and don't call yourself an investor. What returns-period did you expect? 24 hrs.???

Don't blame CPQ for something that is entirely irrational (i.e. the stockmarket). Sorry to put this so bluntly to you, but you are the one that bought CPQ hoping that it would make you lots of $$$ - and now you are in the doldrums because the stock is nto delivering as you 'promised' yourself it would. You made the choice cosciously (I hope!) based on what was your pool of information, right?

To put it clearly: there is no rational explanation (except StockMan's CPQ is junk) to the performance of CPQ stock, or any stock, for that matter. Do you know the 'random-walk' theory? It's more successful than any investor's/analyst's prediction - at any time!

In short - don't blame someone else for your own decision! There is no single reason and no single cause for CPQ's 'sluggish' performance. At present, the choice you made has not come through - it might sometime later, though!

Very best regards

Kai
