I understand that's not the same experience at a Walmart.
It varies widely depending on the region. Here in the Left Coast, Walmart customer service is pretty much non-existent. But when you go more inland, such as Nevada or even the Midwest, Walmart employees are generally nicer.

Okay. I have no way of judging. As I said earlier, I have never been to a Walmart.
