If I read it right Indian Well is being paid $25000.00 per month for
consulting fees....Hell, I could almost grow a short tail and longer ears for that kind of money each month. All it takes to figure this whole
thing out and know exactly where the stockholders are, if for each of
the stockholders to re-read the last 100 posts and one if not both of
the major problems will jump out at you.

IT IS WAY PAST TIME FOR A STOCKHOLDERS MEETING.
