Mr Green neglected to mention the #1 reason for the 'resurgent' housing market which is low inventory.

The low inventory accounts in part for the increase in prices; not in the resurgent housing market. The housing market is improving because more buyers are entering the market to buy as they gain confidence. In fact, consumer confidence is at its highest level since 2008.
