Does anyone really believe it is possible for JBI to find qualified independent directors as long as Bordynuik remains associated with the company? The whales, if they are still invested, need to dump him and all of his cronies. Only then can they begin to repair the company's badly damaged reputation and attract respectable directors. JMO
