Kevin, my sincerest apologies for the delay in delivery of the clothing catalogs. You see, the printing agency was being particularly inefficient and slow -- which we normally like because we can be equally slow in paying. But they blamed it on the comprehensive project involved. I hope you got things worked out with Kathy Lee.
