Excellent move by Photocomm. I'm beginning to really like the management over there. ACX wouldn't disclose what they were planning to do with PCOM when they attained a 51% majority stake. True excitement!

I like this move, because PCOM management stayed true to their stockholders. When I spoke to Tom LaVoy following the ACX proposal he said that if the upper management of PCOM didn't like everything then the deal wouldn't go through. Good for them for keeping their word. The way the articles make it sound, PCOM made a good choice because ACX seemed like it was being sneaky. Also, in case you guys didn't read the article, PCOM expects to report record numbers this quarter.

I think I'm gonna hold this one for alot longer now. Between Gerry's report on the company from a few weeks ago, and now this stand against ACX, I like it! Hopefully PCOM will get really angry at Golden Photon and outperform those bums...
