Texas Dude, Hey you are missing the point!!! This is a risk free arb for the swiss people!!! They know they are going to buy the stock at 3.4 so any sale above that is a gauranteed profit. Who cares if they have to hold it for 3 years . Doesn't matter. Only thing one needs to look at is the cost to carry long stock vs short stock. My guess is that is about .5%, or 2 cents for the next year. Where can I sign up for this deal??? Anyone would jump on an opportunity like they had!!! SPEEDY================================================================
