Another interesting valuation comparison...

Cisco is capped at around $5.7 million per employee.
Microsoft is capped at around $7.8 million per employee.
Yahoo is capped at around $11.7 million per employee.

Last quarter each:

Cisco employee returned $170,000 in revenue and about $37,000 in profits.

Microsoft employee returned $140,000 in revenue and about $42,000 in profits.

Yahoo employee returned $70,000 in revenue and $6,400 in profits...$4,000 of which was interest.

In essence you are paying about as much for one Yahoo employee as you are for a Microsoft and Cisco employee combined - yet you are getting less than a third of the revenue and less than a tenth of the profits. And this is at a time when all three stocks are trading near their all-time highs.
