Rod's not going to be happy! Whatever, you have to admit the appointments don't quite appear to fit the image of Del's previous moves to beef up the management team. Both individuals are longterm Borlanders, while neither seems to the naked eye be a specialist in the role to which they have been assigned. Interesting. david
