BD supervised NO assays. They drilled the samples, certified the COC and handed them over to Ledoux. Ledoux has those samples and is conducting the assays. THIS has been reported here and elsewhere frequently. Your repeated questioning on this point despite having been told this before is a thinly veiled attempt to create the appearance that this has not happened. We all know it has taken a long time and have discussed it at length.

I apologize to the thread for restating the obvious.
