Shocking to see so much new construction so soon your way..

Cape Coral appears to be up 40% + from four years ago so feasible to build again..

I am working in outlying areas of central Florida these day where prices are still barely off the lows and cash on cash returns are even better than Cape Coral at the lows. The hedge fund type money is there too buying up and remodeling to rent. Only a matter of time before prices adjust to normal everywhere
