In the same way we saw the "reconciliation" process move from "untenable" to the "way to get it done" on the Affordable Care Act. In the same way Obama lied his way into a second term in the WH. Some president down the road could well use these data to consolidate power. A well thought-out coup today would involve getting that NSA data and it would be way up on the list.
