what team usa is p*ssed off about is that tribe china is doing swarm approach ala tens of thousands points of light, and
also gunning for the commercial goodies per soft underbelly

team china is not worried about being hacked of mere secrets, because secrets can be made up to suit special purpose, and that is why there had been no whiny complaints most unbecoming of big nations

and

as tribe china tees up faster and bigger computers, its swarm approach becomes very busy for any and all strategic competitors, especially when it all be 0.10 yuan to the 1.00 usd

i understand the number of ethnic chinese employees w/i nsa is substantially more so than % w/i broader population, and so it all comes down essentially to whose chinese are more able

in a way it is good that tribe china keeps team usa's nsa busy, to give the american people a chance at preserving own privacy ;0)
