This year, ARRS is slowly changing cableTV companies to telephone companies. Especially watch the development of voice to text phones and text to voice phones(for wifi touch tablets). The infrastructure of cable plant already can do the data transfer. It is consumer device that people will buy from Motorola Home acquisition(tablets). The cable plant equipment will allow more internet data transfer of phone usage, lowering cost by text data instead of transmitting slower voice data transmission. The future of ARRS is changing technology, and its a strong buy recommendation.
