if stock markets are outrunning the economies.. what better way to talk the market down (only place I see real inflation)... than to have BOJ hold.. and US Fed hint... still no job growth worth noting in the US.. Japan just started the massive program .. US budget improved.. higher rates won't help that.. talking the market down prevents a bubble while fiscal house gets fixed NO ?
