Listen to this. My son buys his own healthcare from Kaiser at rates that are slightly higher than you posted. The guy who handles Kaiser insurance at his area Kaiser told him that they are expecting a significant layoff at Kaiser in early spring. But then some folks will will be rehired and that the Kaiser rates will go down beginning Oct 1st this year because as he said is Obamacare.
