Looks like...."the darkest hour"..for OMNS. Last year this time this stock was a money maker investmentwise. New financing with present shareholders keeping half the company would double the stock price overnight. This stock really can't go up until this issue is clearer.
Question still to be answered: How much dilution of present shareholder interest. The answer to this question could take price to below .50 short term.
