Gary, as I recall, Maria said LU offered $35, ASND asked $40, "but my sources say, they will come back" (Maria said, again, as I can recall). I hope some further talk is going on during the weekend. We are likely to hear something Monday morning. Your after hour trading figures suggest that people still believe the buyout. A friend of mine in the industry told me that a rumour like this is most likely true. The only question he had was whether Livingston overlaps. Any analysis on the business of Livingston comparing with Ascend?
