Shane, if you buy, what is your game plan? A quick tun to 2 or a home run to full health again? I have been patient and not jumped on this one as well (just lurking in the shadows after having fulfilled my "civil" duty of warning of the impending disaster). I am trying to find out what is wrong with this puppy, its paper keeps being downgraded by the grading agencies. Right now, I believe they are surviving on the fees from new loans generated. What happen if the economic climate changes? What if the long bond goes back up? What if we have a slow down in the economy? Anyone would want to venture some guess? Zeev
