Take a look at the affidavits and the accompanying Annexures they are damming on the Government of Tasmania and this will be shown to be the case in the Court Hearing. How could any Government any where in the world take shareholders assets after they were the instrument that caused the floating of the Company to have shareholders involved in the first place.
