No, I haven't. However, I have been talking quite recently to a certain Southern Gentleman who knows all the sordid details of this sad story. Did you know that Senior Vice President and Chief Counsel, John Tschirhart, and 8 others were unceremoniously dismissed last December. They were never paid their bonuses for 2011 and 2012, and their severance agreements were not honored either. Not a very gentlemanly way to treat loyal, long-serving employees, was it? Neither is the treatment being metered out to the ORRI holders for that matter, but the gentleman shareholders don't seem to have a problem with it. That's something I've noticed about gentlemen over the years: they don't always behave in a very gentlemanly way when their arses are on the line.

I've been thinking about writing a book on ATP Oil and Gas Corporation, but a book about the weird and wonderful people who invested in the company would probably be a bigger seller. It would certainly be a lot funnier. Now, how about letting me moderate this insane message board. I'm just itching to get stuck into these immoderate nitwits.
