Al,
Problem with these programs is there's always the rogue operators out there that will abuse the law and go out of bounds no matter who's in charge at the WH. That's does bother me...
Hence the wisdom of limited government.

Don't give these "rogue operators" any tools or leeway to begin with.

Better than empty "Trust me" promises, even from The Chosen One himself.
