Both Bill Gates and Warren Buffet, two fairly liberal guys, totally disagree with you. Instead of letting, for example, the death tax gig them, they've chosen to give their money to a "foundation" -- a euphemism for, "I don't want the government spending my money, I'd rather do it myself, or in my absence, I'd rather allow heretofore unknown managers of a foundation decide than to turn it over to government."

And Buffet has said as much in a 60-Minutes in which he said words to the effect -- "Some people feel that these foundations are better allocators of wealth than government."

Well, hell yes. What idiot doesn't realize this?

It is inarguable that turning money over to government is the WORST POSSIBLE WAY to spend it. Take it to a gambling casino -- you'll get better value for your dollar.
